Arnavutkoy Mixed-Use Commercial Complex brings together retail, office, accommodation and social life programs within a layered urban framework. Situated between the surrounding civic buildings and residential fabric, the project creates a permeable connective ground through terraces, courtyards, pedestrian axes and open/semi-open spaces. Cafés, restaurants, retail units, co-working spaces, offices and landscape-integrated social areas extend the project beyond a conventional commercial center, defining it as a multilayered urban meeting point embedded in everyday city life.
