Situated within the dense and multi-layered urban fabric of Kabataş, this residential building establishes a balanced relationship with its surroundings through its simple massing and rhythmic façade composition. Positioned on a corner parcel, the volume incorporates deep recessed balconies and framed façade elements that provide privacy and controlled daylight, adding refined semi-outdoor layers to the residential experience. A transparent commercial unit at street level engages naturally with the public realm, while the open-plan apartments above give the building a calm, coherent, and contemporary architectural character. The material palette—defined by light-toned surfaces and subtle metal accents—further reinforces a modern identity that harmonizes with the urban context.
