Developed over a 58.7-hectare area, the Gungoren Urban Regeneration Project aims to transform the existing dense and fragmented fabric into a more organized, accessible, and green-oriented urban settlement. A defined street network, generous pedestrian axes, and a continuous open-green space system establish a strong public backbone at the neighborhood scale. Mid-rise residential blocks are positioned around large courtyards and shared open spaces, enhancing daylight access, natural ventilation, and social interaction among residents. Supported by a simple façade language, varied color tones, and active ground-floor uses, the project creates a cohesive, contemporary, and livable urban environment.
