Located on a sloped terrain in the highlands of Mardin, this residence is shaped through horizontal volumes that gently follow the topography, forming terraces through strategic setbacks. Exposed concrete surfaces, deep overhangs, and large openings filter the region’s intense light while establishing a strong, uninterrupted visual connection with the landscape. The articulation of the masses balances openness and privacy within the interior, defining a calm living environment that harmonizes with its surroundings. Despite its proximity to the industrial campus, the building is conceived as a modern refuge that minimizes its impact on the site and blends quietly into the natural silhouette.
